English: G-ASGA heads a line of VC-10s stored at RAF Abingdon, Oxfordshire. It was the only one not to be scrapped. It was later converted into an RAF K.4 tanker. The serial ZD230 is already painted on the nose. This aircraft ended its days at RAF St Athan, where it was scrapped in 2006. |
