The capitalization of the company is as follows: $7,500,000 fiveper cent 30-year bonds authorized; $5,000,000 five per cent 30-year bonds issued; $7,500,000 common stock authorized; $5,000,000common stock issued. Following the line of the road from Kansas City, which bendsto the northwest with the river, a number of thriving villages,towns and cities are crossed. The town of Park\-ille is the firstimportant point touched, nine and one-quarter miles from KansasCity. Further to the northwest are touched the thriWng commu-nities of Waldron and Farley, and a little further north a spur ofthe road runs directly west for Leavenworth. The main line ofthe Missouri Valley Electric railway, after passing the junction withthe spur for Leavenworth, runs north
