    Suivent quatre vers sur deux colonnes, deux et deux : "Grace au Destin vainqueur l'Amérique repose, Du commerce à présent c'est lui seul qui dispose. Assise mollement sur cent Ballots divers Elle peut molester ses Tyrans dans les fers."
    De gauche à droite,
  5. un ours et deux renards muselés et tenus en laisse par d'Estaing en cuirasse, une palme à la main.
