Description Yamana settlement (Huevera - the egg box) in Cambaceres, Beagle Channel. The pits are the former floors of the huts, and the surrounding circular walls contain shells, bones, litshics and other debris from the occupation. The site formation, that looks like an egg box, is a result of repeated occupations through thousands of years. Photo H. Bjerck 2013
