Description
English: Flame throwers bring death to Japs Marshall Islands -- Flaming death in the hands of Marine Cpl. Norman R. Burkhalter of Buhl, Idaho, destroys this building on Namur Island. Flame throwers were used with great effectiveness in the Kwajalein Atoll invasion. Note dead Jap visible in the foreground.
