Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище зелёного цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, несущее вдоль нижнего края волнистую полосу голубого цвета средней шириной в 3/10 ширины полотнища и воспроизводящее в центре фигуры из герба Добровского сельсовета, выполненные жёлтым, оранжевым, красным и белым цветом.
