Description
English: An Iraqi woman holds a east german license produced AKM she will use during her security duties. Twenty-nine Iraqi women became the first female Facilities Protection Service (FPS) guards in Iraq’s Ministry of Water Resources, after completing a three-day training course taught by Iraqi FPS officers. Their training included sessions on ethics, standards of professionalism, search and seizure, and weapons familiarization. The women will serve alongside male FPS guards in guarding buildings, dams, and other ministry facilities.
