Description
English: A U.S. Navy Grumman A-6A Intruder (BuNo 149941) from Attack Squadron 42 (VA-42) "Green Pawns" on board the aircraft carrier USS Forrestal (CVA-59) during carrier qualifications on 25 August 1963.
The Intruder 149941 later crashed in the Black Mountains, Arizona (USA), on 30 September 1983 while in service with VA-34. Both crew were killed.
