- Release the upload wizard, and there will be cake. Dodoïste (talk) 22:37, 14 April 2011 (UTC)
- The cake is a lie. -- NeilK (talk) 00:15, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
- An extensive stock of Potato batteries will be provided as part of the Early Congratulations Protocol. :-) Dodoïste — Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.173.207.141 (talk • contribs) 2011-04-29T13:54:07 (UTC)

- Its excellent that the wizard picks up new categories (i.e. cats created after the wizard starts) -- saberwyn 03:49, 15 April 2011 (UTC)
- Its really great and easy. Nice wizard. I really liked the step by step procedure. axetalk 03:35, 16 April 2011 (UTC)
- Fantastic wizard makes process clearer, but please keep the old form for more experienced users. Thanks! Cmglee (talk) 12:05, 17 April 2011 (UTC)
- I found it very straightforward and easy to use, though, as an experienced user, I prefer the standard upload form (because I'll provide more file information after the upload anyway). Waltham, The Duke of 11:01, 18 April 2011 (UTC)
- Great performance from the upload wizard. A lot of the more tiresome details are filled out automatically (Date and the file extension, for example). Crisco 1492 (talk) 05:49, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
- Hi folks, wanted to give compliments, but the feedback mechanism created the same block of information three times. In short: stable tool, fault tolerant, respect. --Herzi Pinki (talk) 21:19, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
- This is awesome! Great job! I remember being scared to use the old wizard because it was so confusing. I had some stuff that I thought could have been of use but that wizard kind of scared me off until recently. This new wizard is way more straight forward and more user friendly. Great job! CamWow (talk) 04:49, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
- Hi there! I'm here to leave an improvement request, but I think you also deserve praise for what looks to be a very well done dialog :) --MichaelBueker (talk) 17:28, 24 April 2011 (UTC)
- Makes life easy when uploading files. Good work! Mdchaara (talk) 09:56, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
- I never thought the old uploading process was too hard, but this new upload wizard is amazingly simple. It actually makes me want to upload more. Jakednb (talk) 19:37, 24 April 2011 (UTC)
- Once you know that the Commons upload process is mainly about identifying the copyright the tested "new" upload wizard is easy to use and nice (tested browser: Chrome). Be..anyone (talk) 15:14, 25 April 2011 (UTC)
- The upload wizard provides a much less cluttered and confusing upload process. The old "Upload file" does things like tell you to do something, but not show the screen where you do it until 1 or 2 steps later (by which time plenty else has distracted you). Kingdon (talk) 01:43, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
- Much improved method of uploading files. Multiple file uploads, auto filling of dates, user name, etc, simplifies license input, all help to reduce time required to upload. Great work. Geez-oz (talk) 22:15, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
error message

I get a lot of error messages when I try to upload more than three at a time. They vary. the last one was mw.Api error: badtoken AlejandroLinaresGarcia (talk) 15:39, 28 April 2011 (UTC) Are you still using Firefox 3.6.16!? I suggest you upgrade to Firefox 5. May this isolate the problem.
Wizard needs to check for redundant extensions
User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0
Just tried the wizard. It seems to work well, except that there was no indication that I should have stated the filenames without extensions. As a result, the files ended up with ".jpg.jpg" and will need to be renamed. The wizard should either advise uploaders not to add extensions, and/or should check for redundant extensions and remove them. — Cheers, JackLee –talk– 10:51, 29 April 2011 (UTC)
Nice

Nice work. Works brilliantly. Only problem is that text is a tad bit too small while autoselecting categories. Nice effort. Cheers. Rsrikanth05 17:28, 29 April 2011 (UTC)
