These information boards, maps, photographs, and models clearly aren't the uploaders own work. There also isn't an exception for government works in Belgium, assuming they are the original publisher. So these images should be deleted as COPYVIO unless someone can provide evidence to the contrary.

With regards to the white rectangular tourist information panels in Zottegem (for example: File:Brug_Egmontkasteel_Zottegem_01.jpg and similar). I was one of the volunteers who wrote the texts, selected the historocal images and designed the panels. A siple e-mmail to the local official tourist board ([email protected]) will prove thatFrDr (talk) 22:48, 2 April 2024 (UTC) FrDr[reply]
Thanks for the information. Would it be possible for you to send evidence to the Volunteer Response Team confirming you created the panels somehow? That would probably be the easiest way to do it. Although I do wonder how you would own the copyright to them if your only "one of" the volunteers that they were created by. Since you obviously wouldn't own the copyright to parts of them created by other people. More then likely the copyright would be owned by the local tourist board regardless and they would be the ones we need permission from, but it's not really on me to email them about it. You should have made sure everything was above board before uploading the images. I have no problem with you at least contacting the Volunteer Response Team about it if you want to though. Even if I don't think you'd own the copyright to begin with. --Adamant1 (talk) 03:18, 3 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: no valid reason for deletion. FoP apply. Invalid DR. These pictures were obviously taken in public places. If you have evidence of a copyright violation, then show it, otherwise don't open DRs like this. --Yann (talk) 10:16, 3 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
