Edith Kiss died in 1966, so these will be under copyright until 1/1/2037. It is not clear whether these are inside or outdoors. If they are outdoors, then they are probably covered by the Hungarian FOP exemption and are OK. On the other hand , if they are indoors, then the images infringe on the sculptor's copyright and cannot remain on Commons without a free license from her heir.

These reliefs are outdoors, they can be seen from the street: http://tinyurl.hu/BPnY/ so Hungarian FOP applies to them. --Rlevente (talk) 18:47, 5 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You can read it also here: Edith Kiss: “Shortly after their departure, in July 1948 the four large stone reliefs of the deportation she had created were inaugurated in the outer wall of Budapest's Újpest Synagogue.” --Rlevente (talk) 18:58, 5 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: withdrawn by nom. Thank you for the clarification. .     Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 23:14, 12 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
