- For the last two: would you like to provide any evidence for active copyright protection for them? It's already more than 70 years since WWII, and according to my best knowledge author(s) of that monument is(are) unknown. According to 192.2 of civil code of Russia anonymous works are protected for 70 years since publication. You can read about Russian copyright here: http://www.copyright.ru/documents/avtorskoe_pravo/avtorskie_prava/srok_deystviya_avtorskih_prav/ #!31.153.91.176 22:09, 15 June 2015 (UTC)
- 70 years since publication — 1985 70=2055. If the sculptor is unknown, this work is the public domain since 2056. But I think, these reliefs there is a known author. And he is still alive. --Andrey Korzun (talk) 08:47, 16 June 2015 (UTC)
- 1985 sounds as arbitrary year. Do you have any sources pointing to year 1985 as a year of creation? You opinion without sources is just an opinion. #!George Shuklin (talk) 19:36, 16 June 2015 (UTC)
- Sources specified in Russian Wikipedia article [1]. In fact, the burden of proof on you. --Andrey Korzun (talk) 21:32, 16 June 2015 (UTC)
- You making a statement about copyright infringement, so burden of proof is up to you. Otherwise anyone can starts rampaging over Commons, marking random pictures as 'copyright violation' and demanding delete them. Wikipedia is not reliable source for linking. #!George Shuklin (talk) 15:06, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
- I have all the evidence at the beginning. I repeat them for you. Freedom of panorama in Russia is limited. You can not freely publish photos without permission of the authors of the sculpture. For details see the Civil Code, Article 1276. I offered to delete the many files with copyright violation. You can see examples here, here, here or here. There can be another 20-30 similar cases. I do not keep count. Maybe you will get acquainted with Category:Russian FOP cases/deleted (non-architectural). --Andrey Korzun (talk) 21:20, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
- Would you, please, cite any reliable sources about author and year of creation for the discussed monument? For now I can see only references to Wikipedia rules and articles, but not a single link to reliable source. Links to reliable sources should make decision much easier. Thanks! #!George Shuklin (talk) 20:50, 24 June 2015 (UTC)
- Monument established in 1985 (see book Ковальчук В. М., Чистиков А. И., Ленинград и ленинградцы в годы блокады, — СПб., «Лики России», — 2012, — 260 с., стр. 61). This fact is enough to delete photos of the monument. I recall that the burden of proving the purity of copyright entirely on you (see Commons:Рамки проекта/Доказательство). --Andrey Korzun (talk) 21:14, 24 June 2015 (UTC)
