"Nothing in this world is permanent" is a commonly accepted truism! Polish FOP "allows one to propagate works that are permanently exhibited on the publicly accessible roads, streets, squares or gardens". The dictionary definition of "permanent" is "lasting or intended to last" and I would contend that this banner mural (with no signature or copyright assignation) informing passers-by of an already past cultural event will remain as long as it continues to serve the promotion of the NIFC. The continued posting of this image on the Commons will further the ambitions of the NIFC in this promotion.
