{{PD-Sweden-URL9}} does not apply to images. See COM:BB#Myndighetsbeslut. Stefan4 (talk) 11:47, 11 June 2012 (UTC)
- Delete. The permission rationale seems to confuse freedom of information legislation with copyright legislation. The fact that something is on public record means that anyone can obtain it from the authorities, but it does not mean that it can be exploited freely. If trial evidence were to automatically enter the public domain, copyright lawsuits would be rather pointless. —LX (talk, contribs) 11:54, 11 June 2012 (UTC)
I don´t see the point at all. This is police photo, and the context is an article describing this drama. I fail to see how the rights of anyone has been violated. It´s a strong and somewhat unusual picture, but it´is an essential part of this crime.
Futhermore, the content of public investigations are not covered by copyright, and as such the content could, thoretically be published in any form. The same goes with stuff from public archives. The only limitation kicks in if the material is covered by confidentiallity.
So, i strongly oppose this deletion.

- The point is that the photograph is a non-free copyrighted photo, and Commons only hosts content that is in the public domain and content that has been published under a free license by the copyright holder. Contrary to your unsubstantiated claims, there is no exception for police investigations in Swedish copyright law. —LX (talk, contribs) 16:45, 12 June 2012 (UTC)
- Deleted. The uploader has misunderstood Swedish copyright law. Public access to criminal investigations is not public domain. Thuresson (talk) 22:52, 22 June 2012 (UTC)
