The sculpture was completed in 1989 by Kazlauskas Romanas (1937–2021). There is no freedom of panorama in Lithuania. The copyright term of the country is 70 years, and the image can be undeleted in 2092 A1Cafel (talk) 08:00, 7 December 2024 (UTC)
- FOP Lithuania states that "the provisions of Art.28.1.1 shall not be applied when a work of architecture or a sculpture is the main subject of representation in the reproduction, and when this is done for direct or indirect commercial advantage." Please remove this deletion request which fails both of these tests as the sculpture in the foreground is not in focus and merged into the trees behind and also this shadowy image could not rationally be exploited by anyone, including the author, for commercial advantage.
