Keep for now. I think there is a clear consensus, at least no to delete works affected by the URAA until a final decision is made. Yann (talk) 20:05, 12 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Speedy  Delete. This is not the general case under discussion, this is a specific case in which there is an assertion of copyright by the family of a living individual, in combination with a compelling case that the date makes it subject to copyright in the US per URAA. But Yann, if your undeletion and nomination is any indication of how strictly the proposed "actual knowledge" change would be interpreted, this may decide my vote on that proposal as well. In the USA, there are still people who don't consider President Obama's birth certificate sufficient proof that he was born on US soil -- I hope that kind of relentless insistence on more and more proof is not where Commons is headed. -Pete F (talk) 06:34, 13 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: as per above. Undelete when? Yann (talk) 06:41, 13 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Undelete in 2052. The postcard was sent in 1956, so the photo had been published by then. Platonides (talk) 19:03, 3 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
