Sorry, but the depicted statue looks to be recent enough to be still under the copyright of the sculptor. Regrettably, Lithuania has no freedom-of-panorama exception for works in public space. So, we need either evidence that the original work is already out of copyright or a permission from the sculptor/copyright-holder. Otherwise, the image needs to be deleted. -- Túrelio (talk) 15:23, 25 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Keep This image should be governed by allowable exception under Lithuanian copyright as the sculpture was 'made to be located permanently in public place' [COM:L]. --SM1 (talk) 14:07, 29 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Same problem with:

Keep This image features the Maironis Lithuanian Literature Museum so should not be deleted [COM:L & De minimis]. Also the Maironis monument itself should be governed by allowable exception under Lithuanian copyright as the sculpture was 'made to be located permanently in public place' [COM:L]. --SM1 (talk) 14:07, 29 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Keep Believe that [PD-old-70] applies to this work which appears to be ancient. This image should probably also be governed by allowable exception under Lithuanian copyright as it would appear that the original work was 'made to be located permanently in public place' [COM:L]. --SM1 (talk) 14:37, 29 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Túrelio: Further to comments expressed on your talk page, as comparable images have apparently remained posted on Wikimedia for more than six years it suggests that at least one of the 'artists' (assuming they are still living), nor Lithuanian users or administrators, have complained about the 'free publicity' of the works via Wikimedia, so before all the images referenced, plus possibly images posted by others, are deleted, it would be appreciated if a 'local administrator' could be consulted for their interpretation of current Lithuanian copyright regulations and that in the meantime these images be 'un-tagged'. Thank you for your earnest consideration of this request --SM1 (talk) 09:38, 27 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
