Delete: As mentioned by the uploader ([1]) it is a family paper documenting a single part of a real estate business. I can detect no useful educational purpose which would fall into the scope of commons (Commons:Project scope). Furthermore I was not able to find any indication of historical research by public institutions or scholarly organisations regarding the Rittergut Dolgen and its ownership after 1945 and connected with these private family papers. The file was removed from a subject category ([2]) by another user already. The usage of this file and other private documents which were deleted (Löschung von PDFs) was always restricted on links (or inclusions) to the user page or user talk page of the uploader. On these pages the uploader argues against living members of the Plessen family by using the private family papers as supposed evidence. The user w:de:user:Gordito1869 was blocked indefinetely because of personal attacks. --ThT (talk) 13:25, 17 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
The uploader himself characterized the controversy about the real estate business which is related to this document as a family affair ([3] in German). Furthermore the chairman of the family association confirmed, that he doesn't know of any historical research of public institutions or scholarly organizations referring to the ownership of the former knightly estate Dolgen after 1945 ([4] in German). For these reasons I cannot see any educational purpose of this document. --ThT (talk) 15:57, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@ThT : This person is not the "chairman" of Dolgener Plessen. I think why this person shows no interest in Dolgen and the historical documents could perhaps result from this in "signs and hints" ... but historians or honorable family members may judge that, not me. - That is beyond the consideration of Commons, as is your erroneous assumption about YOUR Dolgener "chairman". --Gordito1869 (talk) 07:20, 23 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
