The CoE collects key findings from our work with more than 25 federal agencies, and are pleased to share with federal IT practitioners.
These Starter Guides, Models & Templates are available to support federal agencies undergoing technology transformation projects. CoE leads host virtual workshops and office hours to offer live support.
Through funding from the American Rescue Plan, this work furthers our mission of centralizing best practices and expertise for holistic transformation and is provided at no cost to users.

- Data Governance Charter Templates (DOC): These customizable charter templates are designed to help federal government agencies set up data governance bodies to better use agency data securely and strategically.
- Strategic Foresight 101: Futures Methods for Government (PDF): This introductory guide was designed to orient you to foresight and design futures methods and help your organization better anticipate risk and prepare proactively for the future.
