We recently hosted a digital forum discussion to bring women in data centres together and have their voices heard. We wanted to offer them the opportunity to speak about their experiences as a woman in a male-dominated industry, as well as how we can create long-lasting change moving forward. This was also a chance to demonstrate and encourage more women to become a part of this thriving technology space and ultimately help to determine the future of such a critical industry. As part of a major restructuring at Lynchpin Media, we are pleased to announce the appointment of AJ Abella as our new Chief Revenue Officer. AJ brings more than 10 years of agency experience to the role, with a track record of leading teams and helping companies to grow. We are also delighted to announce new roles for Jen Richards (Chief People Officer) and paul niemierko (Chief Finance Officer). In addition to these, Jess Abell will take on the role of Chief Content Officer for Lynchpin Media. As any business owner will know, the last few years have presented several obstacles and challenges to growth. Credit must go to Lynchpin Media's commercial team leaders James Hardy and Carmen Aston who have been instrumental in keeping the company moving forward during this time.  As we now look to further expansion, we feel these new appointments will strengthen our position and provide a robust platform on which to continue the excellent work the team at Lynchpin Media delivers.
