Engine test technician Phil Toon received his award from Mike Bassett to acknowledge an amazing 35 years with the business! For the 4th time in 5 years, a MAHLE Powertrain SAE WCX paper has been selected for the SAE International Journal of Advances and Current Practices in Mobility. Our paper, entitled “Design and Optimization of a Centrifugal Compressor-Based Air Management System for HD Fuel Cell Applications”, showcases our on-going work optimizing balance-of-plant components for heavy-duty fuel cells as part of a DOE-funded project. Our state-of the-art battery development centres in Northampton and Stuttgart provide a comprehensive range of engineering services. At the heart of our established battery development process, these new facilities are specially equipped for the testing and evaluation of battery modules and complete packs across a wide variety of environmental conditions and performance parameters.
