Recently, our team in India planted 300 Rare Endangered Threatened (RET) plant species and medicinal plants as part of its newly launched Rakon Prakruti program. The program is an afforestation initiative at the DCF-SF (Deputy Conservator of Forest-Social Forestry) Office site in Devanahalli and is designed to combat deforestation, enhance biodiversity, and promote the overall well-being of the local environment.

Several weeks back, the Rakon India team united to celebrate World Environment Day, highlighting our shared commitment to environmental stewardship. Staff rolled up their sleeves and planted more trees at our Bengaluru site. Trees are a vital part of our site's environmental design, reducing heat transfer into our building, helping to manage rainwater runoff and erosion, and creating comfortable and cool spaces for our employees to relax during breaks.
