We are excited to debut the City Terminal by Plaza Premium Lounge, a first-of-its-kind hospitality experience created in collaboration with our strategic partner, JWIDE. Located in the heart of Osaka at Umeda, this property offers unparalleled convenience with easy access to various modes of transportation, including buses and trains. It is strategically positioned within all major tourist areas in Osaka and serves as a gateway to nearby cities such as Kyoto, Nara, and Nagoya. The City Terminal represents our second location in Japan, following the successful launch of PPL Nagoya last year. Japan is renowned for its food, cultural richness, and fascinating history, with Osaka being a popular Asian destination, especially for travelers from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea. Notably, data from Kansai Airport reveals a remarkable three-fold increase in the total number of passengers on international and domestic routes in 2023 compared to 2022. With the upcoming Expo 2025 in Osaka-Kansai, we anticipate a significant influx of travelers. The City Terminal is more than just a lounge. Our Brazil team recently supported the launch of the new aircraft from our partner, GOL Linhas Aéreas. What makes this aircraft truly unique is its feature of "Chico Bento," a beloved character from Mauricio de Sousa Produções, the largest comic studio in Brazil. As the operator of four lounges for GOL in Brazil, we are proud to have been part of this special occasion and to have celebrated this milestone with them at their launch event, where the inaugural flight took off. We also assisted in designing customized onboard kits. Congratulations to GOL Airlines, and we wish them countless joyous flights aboard!
