Cross-Border Data Transfer, Market Access and More The Beijing Cyberspace Administration together with two other departments jointly released the Negative List Administrative Measures for Data Exports in the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) and the 2024 Data Export Negative List for Beijing FTZ. [Oct 16 | Chengdu] GCC Insight Tour: Sichuan comprehensive test project for embedded low-speed Maglev 探访四川内嵌式中低速磁浮列车综合试验项目 🙌 The project is located in Xinjin District, Chengdu. It has fully implemented the core technologies from the German company Max Bögl and fulfills the function of tests, production, operation simulation and demonstration. With a total length of 3,6 km, this test track is the world's longest and most versatile Maglev test line, providing systematic functional testing and experimental conditions for sub-systems such as track, power supply, operation control and switch etc. In April 2024, a worldwide record speed of 181km/h in the field of embedded low-speed Maglev transport has been made on this test line. [Advocacy] What Does the New Negative List Mean for German Companies? The Negative List for Foreign Investment had not been updated for nearly three years until last week. Earlier this year, the Chinese government already announced some changes to it. In addition, authorities have made announcements regarding opening up opportunities in the health care industry. These adjustments are a component of the government’s efforts to promote foreign direct investmentand can therefore be seen as part of the implementation of the “24 Measures” and the “24-Point Action Plan”.
