We are thrilled to introduce our new self-driving hardware platform DiDi Gemini today. Leveraging massive database of ride-hailing data and real-world road test data, DiDi Gemini incorporates critical hardware upgrades with multi-layered redundant protections. 50 sensors and 12 layers of forward-looking sensors with redundancies enable more accurate, 360° degree perception of objects closer and further. Four redundancies and fallback system enhance the overall safety of the vehicle. DiDi Gemini is the next step towards a safer and more reliable autonomous driving experience.
