After quick calibration, it was immediately put to work on road leveling tasks. The TG63 utilizes hydraulic valves to precisely control the blade elevation, achieving ±2 cm accuracy on both sides of the blade at any angle and speed. This ensures that road design and construction meet the highest standards, maximizing efficiency for professional construction teams. AA15 is the latest CHCNAV LiDAR system for corridor mapping projects requiring high density data. AA15 has a maximum acquisition rate of 2 million points per second and a range of 1800 meters, which allows AA15 to operate at an altitude of 700 meters to efficiently scan a large area. Spring 2024 has been exceptionally busy for CHCNAV's partner, Navi Polska, in Poland, with their installation schedule fully booked. The technical service team at Navi Polska pays meticulous attention to detail, aiming to deliver top-quality work. Thanks to the high integration design of the NX510, a team of two can retrofit and calibrate a tractor within 90 minutes. After much deliberation, Szymon's grandfather decided to install the NX510 auto-steering system on his new Massey Ferguson 6485. The technicians from Navi Polska patiently guided him through the system, which is as intuitive as using a smartphone, and he quickly mastered it. As for Szymon, the young enthusiast was thrilled with the new auto-steering equipment. Recently, we delivered Apache 3 Pro to our customer in the mining industry to collect hydrological data from tailings dams, which is an important reference for management. Our partner Global Survey New Zealand used the CHCNAV AA10 to scan an area with dense vegetation in a demonstration.The AA10 impressed with the excellent point cloud density and vegetation penetration it displayed. The CHCNAV AA10 Leveraging advanced multi-target capabilities, the AA10 features up to 8 target echoes, enhancing its ability to penetrate dense vegetation. CHCNAV's German partners, LEDAB and Profi—the professional farm machinery magazine known for its independent tests and unbiased reports—recently collaborated to test the NX510 SE Automated Steering System. Profi's technical expert, Philipp Pein, conducted the tests on two Fendt tractors that were 20 years old and reported outstanding results. Philipp noted that the NX510 exhibited incredibly minimal deviation during straight-line operations, achieving perfect accuracy. The system's line acquisition speed and smoothness were particularly impressive, surpassing other brands. It also excelled in curved line with 2-3 centimeters accuracy which performs far better than its peers with 14-23 centimeters deviation , making it well-suited for a wide range of agricultural tasks including tillage, plant protection, harvesting, and grassland operations. Additionally, Philipp was particularly impressed by the NX510's ability to maintain high precision for an extended period up to 10 mins even after losing RTK signal, and its user-friendly interface. From the perspective of an agricultural machinery expert, he considers the NX510 to offer excellent value for money.
