Pitch:

Our game, War Zone Escape, is about the struggles of a child in the middle of the Syrian Civil War trying to survive and escape to a safe zone. The map is a 2.5D side scroller like that of the game Inside. Using W, A, S and D, players will employ a driving mechanic to navigate a war zone and avoid land mines. The game will really focus on the destruction and impact wars have on innocent people, particularly children, and how dehumanizing it all is, hence a child as the main character.
