    Activities and Societies: Elected Student Director - Operations & Infrastructure Council

    I was honored to receive the 'ISB Young Leaders' award, which recognizes exceptional leadership qualities. Out of a batch of 580 students, only 15 were selected for this prestigious accolade.

    I was (elected) Director of Operations and Infrastructure Council (OIC) for the Graduate Student Body. My responsibilities included coordinating day-to-day operations at ISB to ensure a comfortable stay for all students. I was also part of the core planning team for ISB's flagship events, the ISB…

    I was honored to receive the 'ISB Young Leaders' award, which recognizes exceptional leadership qualities. Out of a batch of 580 students, only 15 were selected for this prestigious accolade.

    I was (elected) Director of Operations and Infrastructure Council (OIC) for the Graduate Student Body. My responsibilities included coordinating day-to-day operations at ISB to ensure a comfortable stay for all students. I was also part of the core planning team for ISB's flagship events, the ISB Leadership Summit and Solstice.

    I also worked on a project with Penske Truck Leasing Company, a Fortune 500 US Equipment rentals company. My primary focus was developing a demand forecasting model to be used at their 500 Distribution Centers across North America. I also created an inventory optimization model, which covered over 800 unique parts from six different truck manufacturers. Furthermore, I evaluated and designed a Central Procurement model to manage spares across all Distribution Centers.

    Single-brand competition outsold entire ITC cigarettes portfolio in Chattisgarh

    Modus Operandi:

    Post-Project scenario:
    Our lead brand overtook competition sales as largest brand in Chattisgarh
    Moved from a distant no. 2 @ 30% share to Market leadership @70% share within 6 months

    Designed and executed a 360 plan to enhance our rural distribution footprint. Resulted in doubling of sales across categories and increased market share.

    Ideated, iterated and implemented Salesmen incentive structure with successful results. Initiative was then replicated across entire region.

  • Project Udaan

    Designed and executed inputs to ensure we tripled our retail throughput in Nagpur city which resulted in quantum jump in distribution metrics which had historically never been achieved before there.
