A loose inspiration for A Weird Tales Jam, that has been revised and added to, nearly doubling the original entry.  Visit the village of Piccadilly, amidst an annual festival, as a mystery unfolds, shadows are a threat, and secrets have deadly consequences.  Perfect for a campaign seed, or as a small adventure in any game system, while being designed for OSR-style play.  Use it as it, strip it for parts, or add to it!
