In a pivotal moment, Anova Fertility and Reproductive Health found themselves facing an unexpected void – the loss of two pivotal players in their marketing department. Her leadership extended from hiring and onboarding the Marketing Coordinator to coordinating physician video shoots and becoming the bridge between the CRM client and Chameleon’s team. Amber’s adept handling of multitasking was evident. During intense multi-project phases, like the rollout of a new website or the integration of a new CRM system, she emerged as a consistent beacon for both Anova and Chameleon teams. Weekly status updates, streamlined coordination, and strategic inputs became her forte, ensuring projects stayed on track, both time and budget-wise. Her commitment to sustainable success was evident as she empowered the Marketing Coordinator with organic social media best practices and ensured a smooth transition of responsibilities to the newly appointed Marketing Manager.

Impact:

Amber’s interim role profoundly shaped Anova’s digital presence. The tangible metrics of her influence were evident across platforms: on Instagram, followers grew from 2,569 to 2,756 coupled with an addition of 47 posts; Facebook saw a remarkable rise in followers, moving from 318 to 1,300, all the while retaining 1,100 likes; and on Twitter, there was a steady climb from 695 followers to 708 by the end of her term. These figures, encapsulating just a fraction of her tenure, underscored the heightened brand awareness and engagement that Anova enjoyed under Amber’s guidance.
