We are excited to share an unprecedented success story from Paleopanagia olive area, Greece, where the combination of Exirel® Bait insecticide and Arc™ farm intelligence delivered exceptional results. Through close collaboration with olive growers of Paleopanagia Cooperative, FMC local distributor supervising the Cooperative and FMC Greek team the olive fruit fly problem was successfully managed. Key outcomes include: 🔹 Deployment of 50 traps for continuous olive fruit fly (Bactrocera oleae) monitoring during 2023 season 🔹 Timely and precise insecticide applications guided by real-time data 🔹 Paleopanagia Cooperative produced extra virgin olive oil with a low acidity of 0.27, contributing to its superior quality and resulting in a new market price record (10.11 €/liter) This collaboration highlights the effectiveness of advanced agricultural solutions and strong partnerships in achieving high-quality, sustainable olive oil production.
