Here's how you can enhance customer experiences using virtual reality.
In the realm of technology, it is essential to view technology as a means to an end rather than an end in itself. For example, considering virtual reality (VR) as a tool analogous to a hammer can lead to the temptation to apply it universally. However, not every problem is suited to a VR solution. That said, VR undoubtedly possesses significant potential for enhancing product visualization for customers. A particularly notable application is in interior design and architecture. As someone who is visually oriented, I find that traditional 2D plans often fall short in conveying the full depth and dimensions of designs. VR effectively bridges this gap, transforming conceptual ideas into tangible experiences.

Here's how you can ensure efficient and effective completion of delegated tasks as an entrepreneur.
Start by defining your own role. Understand that as founder you wear several hats. The two most important ones are those of leader and manager. As a leader be sure to inspire your team. Create a shared vision and make sure everyone understands that the ventures success is equally their success. People who work with purpose can move mountains. However, also understand that as a founder you are responsible for the success of your venture. Sometimes this requires to assign tasks, ensure deadlines are kept, and productivity is high. Micro management, as bad as the word sounds, may be necessary at times to ensure success. Your greatest strength is to know when to wear which of the two hats.

What do you do if collaboration in entrepreneurship is causing more harm than good?
Team chemistry may very well be the number one cause of failed ventures. One founder may be too attached to his/her idea and does not want to adapt to the market. This can lead to conflict which rarely is solved through open communication. Resolving collaboration issues may sometimes mean stepping aside. Having left my first ever venture due to founding team discrepancy, I am confident in saying that certain collaboration issues cannot be solved by working through them. If there is a fundamental difference in opinion, especially within an environment of highly opinionated individuals, then stepping aside might be the only path to resolution.

Here's how you can resolve conflicts between team members as an entrepreneur.
German psychologist Friedemann Schulz von Thun developed the four-sides model. It is a communication model that stipulates that ever message has four sides: factual information, self revelation, relationship, and appeal. Why is this important or relevant in this context? In every conflict we need to beware that when someone voices displeasure it is not just a factual statement on the situation but also a self-revelation. One must try to actively listen what the messenger tries to convey even if hidden underneath the actual message. Listen to the underlying self-revelation and understand the messenger's appeal, only then can you actively solve the issue. Otherwise you're just fighting the symptoms rather than the disease.

Additionally, the curriculum had courses in theory of knowledge which focused on the worlds most relevant theories across subjects and allowed for cross-functional knowledge transfer. As part of the degree I wrote an extended essay on the reunification efforts of Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft and how socio-economic variables render such efforts merely impossible.
