The Women of the Future Awards are the platform for successful young women in Britain. Brynne won the Entrepreneur of the Year award for her work building Topia.

Management Today's "35 Under 35" honors promising business women under 35 each year. Brynne was recognized in 2016 for her leadership of Topia and her voice for an open and global world.

London Business School's Distinguished Alumni Award recognizes one alum each year for their entrepreneurial achievements. Brynne won the award for founding and growing Topia, which she founded during her MBA at LBS in 2012.

The Forum for Expatriate Management recognizes leadership in global mobility at the EMMA awards. Brynne won the Rising Star in Global Mobility in the US, EMEA and APAC. Topia has won recognition as Relocation Company of the Year and Technology Innovation in Global Mobility.

Brynne won the Ivy League Championship twice as a member of Yale University's Division 1 Women's Gymnastics team. Brynne also earned four Varsity Letters and led initiatives for the athletic department to volunteer at local New Haven schools. She won the Yale Athletic Department's annual Thomas Ford graduation award for her community service.

Each year, the Yale Athletic Department recognized a student athlete for distinguished community service while attending Yale. Brynne earned the Thomas W. Ford award in 2006 upon graduating from Yale.
