Introducing "Fee Surplus" Configuration. This feature guarantees that minimum fees for all beneficiaries are met before any fee splits occur. Here’s how it works: Suppose the Issuer and Portfolio Manager have a fee split of 0.2% and 0.8%, respectively, with minimum fees set at USD 20,000 for the Issuer and USD 10,000 for the Portfolio Manager. The first USD 30,000 collected will cover these minimum fees. Only the fees collected beyond this amount will be split according to the predetermined rates.
