Varia US is proud to publish today its 2023 annual ESG report. It contains most of the solutions that we have tested, implemented and applied over the last few years, and that can be replicated by the multifamily community. It also details our performances and achievements based on accurate and audited data, covering 90% of Varia's portfolio. Finally the report set tangible and measurable targets for the years to come, that are aligned with market's and investors expectations. Today, Varia US is excited to publish its first and fundamental carbon footprint analysis. Based on actual data and covering scopes 1, 2 and 3, this detailed report not only quantifies the emissions of its whole portfolio, but establishes a baseline for tracking future progress, sets targets aligned with the Science Based Target Initiative (SBTi), and is aligned with reporting requirements like the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). This document is essential to meet current and future market's expectations, and to build long term value for its investors.

On 3/28, Varia US released its 2023 annual report. The Board of Directors is proud to publish solid operating results in a challenging market. Valuations are down by almost 10% like for like. The Company continued to improve the quality of its portfolio by selling non strategic assets and to position itself for a rebound in the next few quarters. Let us know if you have any questions. Varia US Properties AG published today its 2023 third quarter report. Operating results are positive whilst valuations are down. The Board of directors expect further pressure on the valuation in the next few quarters, but remain confident with the quality and the potential of the portfolio.

Today, the shareholders of Varia US approved a special distribution of CHF 3.00 per share, representing the sale proceeds of the properties sold in 2023.

The Board of Directors of Varia US decided to submit to an extraordinary shareholder meeting an additional distribution of CHF 3 per share. The meeting shall take place on 11/3 in Zurich. Outcome of the meeting will be published shortly after. Distribution date is planned for 11/9.

VARIA US just released its 2023 GRESB results. They show a significant improvement compared to the previous year with an overall score of 83 points, a 4th position among its peers and a 4 stars rating. See attached press release that lead to full disclosures on Varia US' website.

Varia US Properties AG published on 8/31 its half year results. Rental income continues to increase as portfolio valuation goes down. Since the beginning of the year, the Company sold 8 properties at or above appraisals and paid back its 2019 unsecured corporate bond. The Board of Directors is confident in the ability of the Company to surf through current market conditions and to be ready for further growth when the market stabilizes and rebounds.
