The Committee of Cosponsoring Organizations of the UN Joint Programme on HIV and AIDS convened for its 58th meeting in New York and welcomed bold and transformative changes to ensure a resilient and effective UNAIDS Joint Programme. These changes are essential for the continued sustainability of the global HIV response. Special thanks to UNESCO for chairing the Committee this year and to Filippo Grandi of UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency for leading the meeting in New York. This ongoing collaboration with our co-sponsors and partners is vital to accelerating progress in the HIV response.
