𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐡𝐲𝐩𝐞𝐫-𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧 TSG delivered a new Iberdrola hyper-power charging hub in Spain, the first one with DC hyperchargers under a canopy in the province of Araba, Basque Country. The new charging station has 8 chargers, 2x 400 kW and 6x 200 kW. TSG Ibérica provided the design and construction management, and similar projects have been carried out in other Spanish cities like Elche, Salamanca and La Bañeza. 𝗘-𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘆: 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺? In 2023, for the first time, Europe registered more electric buses than diesel-powered buses. The enforcement of regulations such as Euro 7 and AFIR and passenger preferences for cleaner means of transport tend to push this movement further.  To support electric bus recharge, depots and cities need to prepare their charging infrastructure, considering the need for high power in limited space.
