📢New SPY-Golgi probes! We are thrilled to introduce two innovative probes for live-cell imaging of the Golgi apparatus: SPY650-Golgi and SPY555-Golgi. SPY650-golgi is highly STED compatible. Both probes are inspired by the the research article by Saidbakhrom Saidjalolov, PhD from Stefan Matile's lab “Asparagusic Golgi Trackers”.

Modern fluorescence microscopy is the method of choice to visualize biomolecules and cellular structures at the nanometer scale. The bottleneck to apply fluorescence microscopy for live-cell and in vivo imaging has become the availability of suitable fluorescent probes. 🚨Outstanding new application of our DNA probes SiR-DNA and SiR700-DNA as sensors of cell death during ferroptosis! A new article by Hannah Co in Sheng-hong Chen's lab shows that cells enhance their SiR-DNA or SiR700-DNA nuclear fluorescence intensity upon ferroptosis induced cell death.
