📢New SPY-Golgi probes! We are thrilled to introduce two innovative probes for live-cell imaging of the Golgi apparatus: SPY650-Golgi and SPY555-Golgi. Link: https://lnkd.in/eSP5G7QR These probes label the Golgi apparatus in live cells within minutes and remain stable through fixation, offering researchers maximum versatility in their experiments. SPY650-golgi is highly STED compatible. Both probes are inspired by the the research article by Saidbakhrom Saidjalolov, PhD from Stefan Matile's lab “Asparagusic Golgi Trackers”.

🚨Outstanding new application of our DNA probes SiR-DNA and SiR700-DNA as sensors of cell death during ferroptosis! A new article by Hannah Co in Sheng-hong Chen's lab shows that cells enhance their SiR-DNA or SiR700-DNA nuclear fluorescence intensity upon ferroptosis induced cell death.
