Thinking back to this time two weeks ago when the NutraIngredients editorial team was closing #probiota2024 in Milan, after a brilliant three days hosted by Stephen Daniells. I had joined NutraIngredients only three days before my first Probiota (2023 in Barcelona), so it was a joy to participate this time with a year's worth of understanding, connections, and friends in the industry.
