Happy 4th Be the Difference® Day!   Yesterday we swapped our laptops and monitors for gardening tools, litter pickers, paint brushes, mops and more! This year we had 4 teams supporting Lakeland Hospice with a DIY overhaul of their garden, cleaning and sorting their donations warehouse, a charity litter pick walk from our PDI HQ to Lakelands Hospice and supporting the Corby Homeless Project & Corby Foodbank by donating some goods!   Be The Difference Day® is a thirteen-year-old tradition, originating in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, by PDI and PDI Healthcare. It is the opportunity to dedicate a day to giving back to its local communities and creating new memories with our colleagues!   At PDI we make local, and we support local. We have recently supported local company ABILITY cic by donating cases of Sani-Cloth® cleaning & disinfection wipes.     Ability CIC provide free of charge transportation with the aim of reducing social isolation and loneliness by ensuring that anyone living in an isolated rural area has reliable access to essential services.   Cleaning & disinfection of their fleet of vehicles forms a critical part of their work, helping to maintain a safe environment to those that they help.   P.S The wind was not as supportive!! 💨💨   #bethedifference #supportlocal #sanicloth #donations

The World Health Organization (WHO) recently updated its classification of how pathogens spread through the air.
