Age is just a number, right? 🕰️ But does the age your body feels align with the number of candles on your birthday cake? When we talk about age, most will think of chronological age by default - the sum of years, months, and days since you were born. On the other hand, there's epigenetic age. This is a measure not just of time but of biological wear and tear. It reflects how lifestyle, dietary habits, physical exercise, genetics, and health conditions can accelerate or slow down our aging process. We supported our supplier for Nopal Cactus in Mexico with the project "Green Fence", where 350 native trees were planted to create a green division to define the land. The fence will protect the washing and drying area and avoid aerial contamination of neighboring land, due to its proximity to the surroundings of the crop. 🌵
