Many in the #ICP community are waiting with bated breath for the DFINITY Foundation's upcoming announcement on developments in the #AI space. Motoko is the native programming language for the #InternetComputer. This likely opens up the potential for AI systems to not just run on secure and private decentralized infrastructure, but also contribute to writing and managing code, leading to autonomous systems that can evolve over time!

Pierre Samaties, Chief Business Officer of the DFINITY Foundation introduces the concept of #AI on-chain using the Internet Computer (ICP). He explains that AI will soon be central to industries, economies, and daily life, making it mission-critical for businesses. Despite some claiming that AI is a passing fad, Pierre offers some insight into why blue-chip companies are very keen to develop their own AI models: >> Efficiency Gains: AI helps businesses streamline operations and improve productivity. >> Competitive Advantage: Having proprietary AI models allows these companies to differentiate themselves in the market. ICP enables decentralized AI that is secure, has verifiable inputs/outputs, is privacy-preserving, and resilient. Pierre also mentions that the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP) enables AI with the ability to handle economic transactions autonomously. A couple of reasons why this is important: >> Decentralized Automation: smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) can operate without human intervention, creating fully automated systems for business processes, supply chains, and more. >> AI-to-AI Economy: ICP’s integration enables AI agents to transact with each other, unlocking new possibilities in a future AI-driven economy. Autonomous agents can buy and sell services or products, making decisions based on real-time data. If that wasn't exciting enough, ICP is set to introduce GPU subnets! This will allow ICP to support larger, more complex AI models, making it possible to run enterprise-grade AI with higher performance and scalability. This will enable organizations to deploy powerful AI systems directly on-chain, without relying on traditional cloud infrastructure. Finally, Pierre emphasizes that the ecosystem is rapidly growing, with over 60 (!!!) Last week at DFINITY Foundation's Chain Fusion Hub at TOKEN2049 in Singapore, a massive paradigm shift occurred for the overall Web3 and blockchain space. We saw the Government of Cambodia's Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation sign a letter of intent (LOI) with the Dfinity Foundation. The partnership will "explore applications of the #ICP tech stack for Smart City infrastructure, AI, and sovereign cloud tech, marking a major step in Cambodia’s digital transformation." This likely marks the first time a sovereign nation has decided to choose a specific blockchain to help them develop smart cities, harness the power of AI, and establish Web3 cloud technologies. The implications will be far-reaching and transformative for all in Cambodia. Congratulations to Cambodia for their forward-thinking approach and to the team at Dfinity and ICP HUB Singapore for securing this exciting opportunity.

Nothing to see here. Carry on. 😅 Only that it actually MAKES SENSE for Google Photos to integrate with #ICP. There is more to gain than to lose in collaboration. It is THE power move, THE killer dApp with billions of users, and a portal to web3.0. ICP, like #Bitcoin, is uniquely "scale-invariant". It is for all sizes - end users, independent creators, startups, organizations, enterprise, governments and yes, even Big Tech. It enables *full-stack any software onchain*. For Google, it would be an opportunity to delegate away the most complicated, costly, and risky side of the business and legal requirements. Cybercrime is a huge growing threat, exposing the web2 infrastructure attack vectors. You adapt or die. Web3.0 is coming, meaning we are transitioning to an all onchain software stack. For practical and philosophical reasons. "Onchain is the new online." Google is aware of that. They can adapt, pivot, and become the intellectual leader in the new era of crypto AI. The internet is evolving as applications transition from traditional cloud infrastructures to being fully on-chain. #ICP reimagines cloud on sound cryptographic principles. This allows "open source" to become "Open Internet". It is uniquely positioned at the intersection of leading software, neutralising centralized tech and enabling a fully onchain web3.0 experience. The Internet Computer fosters collaboration and allows networks owning software e2e (beyond tokens). ICP is the web3.0 hub for the entire software space, creating lots of opportunities and never-before possible use cases for crypto, incl software for governments, institutions, but also startups and independent creators.

#ICP is the unifying intersection of all leading key software. It is the best complementary tech for #Bitcoin (and other crypto solutions). It is the only tech that enables #AI smart contracts (entirely onchain sovereign AI agents). It can neutralize Big Tech and remove vendor lock-in, without the need to fight them. You don't need to rely on somebody else's server and No need to pay for heavy computation costs. It's highly secure and tamperproof honestly speaking if you are a true techy you will love #ICP. For so long I have been trying to explain the issue of centralized servers but people are not willing to understand what #ICP is bringing in. They are just occupied with what's hot in the market, but to find an oyster from the ocean we need a deep dive. I still say the same, be it whatever Internet Computer Protocol is the true revolution of the Internet that we use today, no matter what new is coming up ICP is unstoppable and ICP will remain unstoppable.
