With #MiCA set to transform crypto regulation in Europe, its alignment with #DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) in January 2025 is shaping a challenging yet exciting compliance landscape for #CASPs and #VASPs. DORA with its comprehensive ICT risk management requirements, third-party oversight, and incident reporting obligations, will require CASPs to elevate their operational standards. Coupled with #MiCA’s framework for managing #CryptoAsset markets, these regulations emphasize the importance of strong governance, robust infrastructure across the industry and to ensure that teams are equipped to manage both regulatory and cybersecurity risks.
