Ahead of the United Nations’ International Day of Clean Air for Blue Skies on 7 September, we call on governments and policymakers to invest in #CleanAirNow. According to the State of Global Air Report 2024, released earlier this year, air pollution was the second largest risk factor of deaths in 2021 – surpassed only by high blood pressure.
