Today, meet Jorge Bondia from AMIC Health! 💡 AMIC Health is a digital ecosystem for the healthcare professional to educate children with type 1 diabetes through safe experimentation with gamified diabetes simulators and quantify effectiveness. 👥 AMIC Health spins off from the Artificial Pancreas and Diabetes Technology group at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), led by Prof. Bondia, after two decades of research devoted to technology for type 1 diabetes. The founding team includes 3 faculties (Jorge Bondia, Jose Luis Diez Ruano, Paco Blanes), covering expertise in type 1 diabetes, modeling, and robotics, 1 post doc (Juan Fernando Martín San José), expert in medical software development, and a CEO (Olga Yanovskaya) with a dilated trajectory in the medical device industry.  ➡ We are thrilled to have AMIC Health in our Top 20.
