So you think you’re ready to start working with a Voice of the Customer tool … but do you have the right set-up? 🤨 VoC tools can help decode complex customer data into clear insights, which can increase customer satisfaction and retention. 🌟 But many CX teams make the mistake of investing in a tool before properly preparing for integrating it into their strategy and processes. In our blog post, Michael (Michi) Karsch dives into what CX teams need to know before working with a VoC tool: 🖼️ Use the right data model: When it comes to customer data, structure is everything. The data model you use shouldn’t get lost in numbers but should instead provide answers to questions like, “What does the data tell us about customers?” ⚡️ Optimise the journeys: A journey is more than just a nice visualisation. You can use it as a lifecycle management tool or to optimise specific points of contact with your customers. You need to know how you’re using your journey before you integrate a VoC tool. ✅ Make it actionable: A VoC tool helps you hear what customers are saying. Once you have that info, you need to use it in combination with other insights to truly improve the customer experience your organisation offers.
