We aim to create a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and approach for Porticus, Laudes Foundation, our Constanter Investment Office and Constanter Philanthropy Services. We feel that a strong internal DEI strategy and approach can enable a workplace that adopts equitable systems that enable everyone to reach their full potential. Ultimately, a strong DEI strategy will increase diverse perspectives to facilitate better grant-making and investing. To support this, we seek a thought partner with subject matter expertise in the field of DEI, to support in developing and implementing a comprehensive DEI strategy.
