Just 10 days ago I had a chance to meet Maël F. from biped robotics and spent an inspiring day with him at our campus. The NOA (https://lnkd.in/eVrbXvAp) is impressive 💪 It is a all-in-one mobility companion for people with blindness and low vision. It's worn on the shoulders, with wide-angle cameras on the left of your chest, a small computer on the right, and a battery behind your neck. I definitely imagine this device strongly value adding, enhancing mobility and augumenting everyone‘s reality who is afffected by low vision. Meaningfull products like NOA are key towards diversity and inclusion at workplace and beyond.

The ranking, MAD30, was also created to celebrate the Paralympics in Paris. It's really inspiring to see so many entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, activists, and thought leaders dedicating their lives to the greater good. Our latest device, NOA, spotted at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association in the UK! 🇬🇧 Thank you to the whole team for their time, can’t wait to push this collaboration further. We’re on the edge of having assistive technologies for mobility become a very common solution. Not as a replacement for canes or dogs, but part of the mobility training, as a complement. We’ve seen a great support from orientation and mobility specialists, built tons of tools to ease the training and most importantly, co-designed these tools with them!
