This week, we gathered to celebrate the launch of our new onboarding experience for our new joiners to explore Adnovum. Rooted in our Swiss heritage and inspired by the majestic Alps, this onboarding resembles a mountain range 🏔️. The journey begins with a welcome video from our CEO followed by the Base Camp on day one and supports our new colleagues every step of the way through their first three months. 🌍 A key focus is connecting new joiners from across the globe, helping them get to know each other and our diverse units, all while strengthening our #OneAdnovum spirit. A big thank you to the project team for bringing this new onboarding experience to life. We're excited to welcome all future Adnovians on this journey!
