Refund policy

14 days right of withdrawal:

You may withdraw from the course or exam for any reason within 14 days after the date you first receive access to the service, which is the date of the email sent to you containing access to the online course or exam. W3Schools will refund your order in full. If any exam attempts are used, purchases are considered final and are not eligible for a refund.

Otherwise, all purchases are considered final after 14 days.

Payment Plans & Subscriptions:

We issue no refunds for plans and subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription with W3Schools anytime, but you won't be issued a refund for the billed period. The only exception is in legal matters such as fraud and misuse.

This includes products such as the W3Schools Plus plan and Server.

Payment Plans for Courses and Exams:

Payment plans for courses and exams do not qualify for the 14-day refund policy and act as a subscription.
